The Libertine and the site at 57 Clanbrassil street has been a labour of love a project 4 years in the making from chats to scribbles on napkins to architectural drawings to scary demolotions and trumphant deliveries to testing, tasting, tailoring to building, sanding sweeping painting and finally opening doors and popping corks.
